Introduction

Welcome to Irmas Beauty Salon & Spa. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

Booking and Appointments

Appointment Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy: Services + products are non-refundable. If you fail to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service. Cancellation + "No Show" fees will be charged to the cc on file. Once this charge is completed, you may then schedule a new appointment. If the card declines, a hold will be put on your profile in our system. In the rare circumstance that clients have a history with 2 or more "no shows", a deposit will then need to be made to book + confirm any appointments. If you are late to your appointment, your service will be shortened.

Services

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.We do not guarantee that the quality of any services or information will meet your expectations.

Payments

Payments for services are due at the time of service.

We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and cash.

Liability

Irmas Beauty Salon & Spa is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. In the event of a dispute, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

Your submission of personal information through our website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
